  • Every experience is intuitively guided based on what each person needs in the moment. In these sessions, I tune into what your body is communicating beneath the surface, addressing the energetic roots of what you're experiencing before they fully form into symptoms. What's been stuck begins to move, and heaviness begins to lift. There is often a moment where something simply releases, and what remains is peace, clarity, and a reconnection to yourself that you didn't realise you were missing.
